You are here

Dear colleagues,

On Tuesday February 7th, the next B-Wise meeting will take place at 12:30h, in room C0221 in the Forum building. Lunch will be available from 12:00h onwards.
We will have two seminars.

Like Fokkens, assistant professor at the WUR Phytopathology chair group, will talk about her work on genome evolution in Fusarium oxysporum .
Huali Xie, PhD student at the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and visiting student at WUR Bioinformatics will talk about global multi-omics profiling of Aspergillus flavus to identify phylogeographical patterns and drivers of specialised metabolic diversification (see this preprint: https://www.researchsquare.com/article/rs-2471999/v1).

If you would like to join for the (free) lunch at 12:00h, please send an e-mail to lunch@bioinformatics.nl by Friday February 3rd latest.
