Thu 16 February: Brainstorm, explore and open up
12:30 to 14:30 in Spectrum, Omnia
How can we bring together disciplines, generate new insights, explore different viewpoints and recognise concerns in open, creative and effective ways? Key are principles like listening, mutual respect and generating a safe space for these conversations to happen. Practice these principles with conversation tools like mind-mapping and world cafe.
Thu 23 March: Stay with the trouble, deal with conflict
12:30 to 14:30 in Spectrum, Omnia
How can we deal with differences and conflict? We explore in what ways it can be meaningful to stay with the trouble. This involves us to suspend our judgement, practice how to hold the tension and be surprised by what emerges from the cracks in a system. This can take shape in the form of appreciative inquiry and troika consulting.
Thu 20 April: From talking to decision making
12:30 to 14:30 in Momentum, Omnia
What are ways to synthesize a brainstorm session? Can we harvest the points made in a dialogue? Can dialogue help to take decisions on a collective level? Practice this through conversation tools like Socratic decision making and live clustering.
Mon 22 May
12:30 to 14:30 in Spectrum, Omnia
Open for ideas: Where do you see potential for dialogue in your field? What and how would you like to practice? Share your ideas and together we can make this happen.
Thu 22 June
