On Tuesday April 9th, the next B-Wise meeting of 2024 will take place at 12:30h, in room C0763 in the Forum building. Lunch will be available from 12:00h onwards.
We will have two seminars.
Samara Mireza Correia de Lemos, recently graduated as PhD at UNESP (Sao Paolo, Brazil), will talk about mining plant genomes from the Rubiaceae family for secondary metabolic pathways and gene clusters.
Floris van der Flier, PhD student at WU Bioinformatics, will discuss the use of electrostatic representations for computationally guided protein engineering.
