FoRSense

You are here

The FoRSense (Forest and Remote Sensing) discussion group aims to create synergies between the fields of forest ecology and remote sensing. Such synergies are necessary to provide ecological context to remotely sensed data and expand the traditional forest ecology toolbox with emerging RS techniques. The sessions will be held every two months at Wageningen University, the first meeting has been in March 2023.
We will invite key-note speakers and discuss recent developments, ongoing research projects, and common challenges and how to overcome them. We will provide drinks afterwards to mix and mingle.

Below an overview of the dates for 2023:

  • 4 May: 15:00 – 17:00, room Gaia 1
  • 6 July: 15:00 – 17:00, room Gaia 2
