B-Wise Seminar, 6 June: Anne Kupczok and Dirk-Jan van Workum

On Tuesday June 6th, the next B-Wise meeting will take place at 12:30h, in room C0226 in the Forum building. Lunch will be available from 12:00h onwards.

We will have two seminars:

• Anne Kupczok, assistant professor at WU Bioinformatics, will talk about strain-resolved evolutionary metagenomic analysis of marine symbioses in deep-sea mussels.
• Dirk-Jan van Workum, PhD student at WU Bioinformatics will discuss his latest work on plant pan-genome analysis.
